“We chose to work with Aspect for our Customer Service Management System after the success of a previous job they had done for us. They took a very detailed brief, put together a full specification and time scale and started the work, building each part step by step and testing as we went along. We wanted a completely bespoke system to manage the invoicing, dispatch, stock control and marketing of the business but we also wanted this to provide us with accurate financial reporting through our accounts system sage.
Aspect provided us with this. This new internal programme has made the company more efficient, saved us money and allowed more accurate financial reporting than ever before.
