Glyn Webb is an independently owned retailer of decorating, soft furnishing and general home improvements products.

Glyn Webb commissioned Aspect IT to assist in the project management of their new till system installation in all their stores nationwide.

The project tasks included:
 

		Managing and arranging suppliers installations,
		Ensuring work was completed by third parties,
		Providing additional IT technical resource,
		Project planning and reporting to Glyn Webb.

This is an example of a large project, but we also do work on smaller projects, for example, a simple wireless network installation for 3 PC's.
