With business increasing and on boarding new clients, we decided to hire a helpdesk technician apprentice to help give a young employee a chance to learn more about IT and train them up to support the helpdesk with every day tasks. Alex studied IT in college and received the highest grades in his qualifications. He is keen to get stuck in with working on tasks to demonstrate what he learnt whilst studying and eager to learn more throughout his apprenticeship. We interviewed Alex to get to know a little more about him.
