Before smartphones, it was all about those unbreakable Nokia’s that you used to love. Well, technology is taking one step back in time to bring the phone of steel back to life in a modern sort of way. The Nokia 3310 is now in store for people to purchase.
Nokia had announced in February 2017 that they were going to give the phone a new and modern makeover, making a few changes here and there.
The phone will cost £49.99 to purchase and it’s evidently no smartphone, so imagine paying £700 for a smartphone when you can get history at £650 cheaper!
Combining the old and the new
The new device will not work with Android and unable you to browse the internet. But here’s the modern catch..it’s touchscreen! Combining the old and the new can really make something rather interesting . It uses 2.5GB for the user to make calls and send texts.
Who can make a smartphone battery last a couple of days without charging it? Not me! Not you! With so much activity going on with Smartphones, the battery just drains like there’s no tomorrow. The Nokia will be able to have 22 hours of talk time and can last on standby for about a month. Just like the older Nokia’s they can certainly last probably triple the amount of time smartphones can. So it’s safe to say that Apple can eat their heart out!
The phone comes with a headphone-jack and an MP3 player (to keep up with the modern world). Everyone used to be completely obsessed with the MP3 player on the Nokaia – sending songs to each other and listening to them together because there was no headphone jack.
There’s only one game only that everyone went crazy over when Nokia’s were around. Can you take a wild guess at what it is? Of course it’s snake, it was all everyone talked about and ‘what their highest score’ was. Even though it’s available on the app store on smart devices, it comes with the Nokia phone itself.
