The View, Edition 31
Welcome to the 31st edition of Aspect IT’s newsletter, The View.
It’s a snow day today for most people across the North West and Yorkshire.
Luckily for our clients, the IT support help desk is open for business with all our staff taking calls from wherever they may be.As we use VoIP (Voice over IP Protocol), our phone extensions can be anywhere, as long as we have a connection to the internet! And by utilizing cloud technologies, we all have access to our help desk applications and data.
So if you’re thinking about business continuity, VoIP or disaster recovery, then contact us for more information.
- Get up early:
Sounds logical but people lie in when they don’t have to commute. However getting up and ready for work helps you stay in a productive mindset for the day ahead.
- Select your work location carefully:
If you’re not a regular home worker, you may not have a dedicated office in your house. Therefore, choose wisely were to work. You need to be not easily distracted and try and stay away from the fridge! Snacking is common!
- Don’t overwork:
As easily as it is to get distracted, a lot of people tend to overwork when at home. So keep a balance and plan your day accordingly. Working at home doesn’t mean you have to work longer hours!
World Book day
