We've resolved our 50,000th support job!

Since Aspect IT opened for business in 2003, we have been receiving hundreds of calls a week to resolve your IT problems. We can proudly announce that we have resolved our 50,000th ticket.  The lucky person to get a bottle of bubbly is Diane at JDA – Congratulations!

Well Done to Tim who was the lucky member of the team to raise and resolve the job. Also, well done to all the helpdesk team for their hardwork!

The snow hasn't stopped us!

Last week was a tough week for the UK as not only did we get hit with a large amount of snow, but we also felt the full force of Storm Emma! 
That didn’t stop the helpdesk team from taking your calls, sorting your IT glitches and visiting you onsite – well done guys, you can now take off your wellies, we can wave bye bye to the snow!
