Ace Centre are a registered charity and have a head office based in Oldham, Greater Manchester.
They provide help and support for people with complex communications difficulties via Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT).
Aspect IT have provided IT Support to Ace for a number of years and when they merged with another charity at a remote office, Ace Centre turned to Aspect IT for assistance.
The latest VoIP Technology was implemented to link the two remote offices to provide a seamless link.
The VoIP system ensures calls are free and can be transferred between offices, thus reducing costs and helping the two remote offices appear as one.
